Delete your BuildersFlow account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time.
In the BuildersFlow app
Open Profile, tap Delete my account, then Delete My Account.
No longer have the app?
Email support@buildersflow.com.au from the address you sign in with, and we'll delete it for you.
What happens
- Your account is switched off straight away, and you're signed out on every device. As a worker or visitor, you can set up a new account in the app with the same email later — it starts empty.
- What you did on a builder's site — your sign-ons and sign-offs, inductions, signatures, reports and the photos with them — stays on that builder's site register. Builders keep site safety records by law.
